Traditional custom builds often take 18–24 months, require stressful decision fatigue, and risk significant budget overruns. Saltriver Homes builds spec residences with custom-grade architectural details, high-end millwork, and premium finishes already selected and built. You receive the bespoke feel and heirloom craftsmanship of a custom home at a fraction of the stress and cost, fully finished and move-in ready.
What price point do Saltriver estates start at?
Saltriver Homes operates exclusively in the luxury market, with estates starting from the mid-$1 millions ($1.5M+ project floor). This floor ensures we can allocate the dedicated trades, authentic materials, and principal-led oversight that an heirloom residence requires.
Do all Saltriver Homes include an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit)?
Yes. Flexibility is a core design pillar at Saltriver Homes. Every residence is engineered with integrated ADU components suitable for rental income, guest suites, multigenerational living, or private home offices without compromising the luxury flow of the main residence.
What signature luxury features are included as standard?
Unlike standard "builder-grade" luxury homes, Saltriver residences include dual laundry rooms (minimum of 2 per home), integrated side-by-side full refrigerator and freezer columns, expansive chef kitchens with pro ranges and butler pantries, rift white oak cabinetry, and spa-inspired owner suites with freestanding soaking tubs.
Where does Saltriver Homes build in Utah?
Our primary communities and land acquisitions are located in East and West Lehi, Utah (including Maddison Meadows, Bushman Farms, and Vivian Estates), as well as select locations along the Wasatch Front (including Pura Vida in Pleasant View). Lot sizes range from 0.18 to over 0.50 acres.
