Saltriver Homes was founded in Lehi, Utah in 2020 by Josh Moffat with a single conviction: that a small, deliberate studio could build better homes than a large production firm — provided it built fewer of them.

We work exclusively on commissions of two million dollars and above. That floor isn't a badge; it's a discipline. It's the figure at which we can specify the materials, allocate the time, and assemble the trades that an heirloom residence demands.

Every project is led personally by the principal. Every drawing is reviewed by hand. Every site visit is unannounced. We answer to one client at a time and we treat that relationship as the privilege it is.
